my coffee pot is black & decker i have to get get in touch with with the company to see if i can send it in or fix it or if i have to buy a new one

It's Sears that you requirement to contact,
they represent Black and Decker( they may even replace it).

How to work Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee maker?

I'm staying at a friends concern and have no idea how to make a pot of coffee with her Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee maker.
I see where the filter goes, and understand which buttons do what, however I can't seem to remove what I over recall is the water reservoir.
Anybody who's familiar with it care to take me step by step?
