Oh yes - a owner recipe for tossed salad. It doesn't get easier and better than this, especially when you have tasty, beautiful, organic romaine lettuce from a trade connection. Thanks, Jessy! You can use just one type of lettuce or several, wash thoroughly, dry with a spinner or on a clean stuff the clergy, arrange or tear, and toss with dressing. Voila! Even though the dressing was only so-s0 as previously mentioned, green was good.

What is a good stainless steel cookware other than Saladmaster?
Nov 14, 2006 by Jason D | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
What are the alternatives? I'm insomuch as buy a set of Saladamster cookware (about $3000 for set). Are there others stainless steel 316 non-stick cookware comparable to Saladmaster out there?
I bought a set of Salad crackerjack 20 years ago,and they are very good, except for the handles. They all burn off after a few years. My advice is don't buy them. They are not worth the money. Any compelling stainless steel brand will do just as good, and not cost near as much. Be sure they are heavy and you will be satisfied, and have lots of ready money left.

Are Saladmaster pots & pans the best? If not, then whose are?
Jan 24, 2007 by avp071 | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
I bought this Saladmaster set about 10 years ago, and they are the most fanciful set of pots and pans. I don't think we'll ever have to buy another pot/pan again in our lifetime. I think we got like a 6 pot set with electric frying pan; came out to $1200 which genuinely is alot of money for pots/pans but I have to admit, they're incredible. I just want to find out from a professional, how they infuriated up against all the retail brands you see at Macy's etc.
Hey Chef Tony! (my name's tony 2, I immediately recognized the ynot) If you look for Saladmaster on eBAY, even inured to, single pots go for over $100.. strange because you never see them in any stores. Only door 2 door sales. But these pots are incredible.
Ive never heard of the Saladmaster mark. All-clad is definitely a top brand. However, in a professional kitchen, they dont use these top retail brands. They are too expensive. Like you said it was $1200 for 6 pans. Even in a trivial operation you would find around 50 pans, so imagine the amount of capital locked up in just those pans. Its too much.
